About Job Focus Western Port Employment Support Service Inc is a social profit, community based organisation of citizens of the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia. We believe that people with disabilities have equal rights to education, training and employment; therefore we encourage and support our community to give people with disabilities equal opportunities to participate in vocational education and training and in the work force. In 1989 Western Port Employment Support Service Inc started Job Focus, our labour market service that supports local businesses to employ disabled workers by augmenting their existing recruiting, training and on the job support. At the same time, we are assisting members of our community who are disabled to find and keep work. Job Focus is funded by the Australian Government and is free to job seekers, workers and employers. |
